What is Bau Biology?

Bau Biology is the study of living building. It's basis is the holistic concept of considering the buildings also living elements. Al of us know the buildings are non living. But in a wider sense, by considering some of the peculiar behavior of living organisms, we can assume that building also lives.

'Bau' is a word originated in Germany with a meaning of Building. Biology as every one of us know, it is the study of life. So we can call Bau biology as Building Biology.
